Swatches: Kat Von D Limited Edition Everlasting Liquid Lipstick & Liner in the shade “Saint”

Last week, Kat Von D Beauty released a limited Edition shade of her Everlasting Liquid Lipstick and Lip liner, named “Saint”, which is a beautiful peachy rose shade.

Exclusive to Sephora, Saint was only available for 48 hours, and came as a set with 2 samples of her 2 new perfumes (Saint and Sinner) for $38 USD / $51 CAD.
While some were disappointed at the price, given there was no “discount” per se, others who are die hard KVD fans (like myself) picked up the set due to its exclusivity. (Let’s be real, if you tell me it’s limited edition, I want it – I’m such a consumer, I know. So much for my “No Buy July”, eh?)

Mini review of the perfume samples for anyone wondering about the scents; I also received two deluxe size samples complimentary for review from Influenster and Kat Von D Beauty.

Saint: Sweet & Spicy (my fave!)

Sinner: Floral & Fresh

The lipstick itself is a gorgeous peachy rose, but against my skin tone, it’s definitely more of a pink/salmon shade. Nonetheless, a gorgeous “everyday” shade for the summertime.

Formula is exactly what you expect from a KVD liquid lipstick; Fast drying, slightly patchy, but not exactly buildable without being flaky. It certainly takes practice to apply this formula but once you do, it is long lasting, without needed to re-apply too often (unless eating something oily).

And now for the swatches!

Did you pick this LE shade up? If so, send me your pics!

Thanks for reading, beauties!
